How much can your organization get?

 

For most real estate transactions around the country, we'll refer your supporter to a vetted, certified agent. We'll then receive a referral fee and grant half of it to your organization upon your supporter's request.

 

On a $500,000 home, that works out to over $1,500 to your organization, no strings attached.

 

For sales expected to be over $500,000 in the St. Louis, MO area, where we're based, we provide in-house agency services. This means an even greater return. For a $1M sale, your organization would receive over $12,000.
