We'll refer you to a vetted, licensed real estate agent in our network. We give 100% of profits from commissions and referral fees to nonprofits. That’s right: 100%. We are completely mission driven, and choosing us won’t cost you an extra cent.

How much does it cost?
Democracy Real Estate operate with common industry rates (usually 2.5% commissions, 25% referral fees), so choosing us has no additional cost. The primary difference between us and other brokerages is that all of our profits go to nonprofits.
